The FindWine promotion (the "Promotion") is open to participants (“Participants”) who are residents of the UK aged 18 and over other than employees of FindWine (the “Promoter”) and its associated companies, promotional partners and their respective families and agents or anyone directly or professionally connected with the Promotion.

By taking part in this Promotion, all Participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify an entrant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or who affects the proper conduct of the Promotion.

To Enter:

1.	No purchase necessary.
2.	Visit www.findwine.co.uk (the "Website") to enter. Entry will is restricted to one per email address. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
3.	The winner will be notified by email within five days of the completion of the competition.
4.	All entries must be received by 23.59 on 30/9/10
5.	Incorrectly completed entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or damaged entries.
6.	There is one prize available. The prize (the “Prize”) consists of 1 Ultimate Dinner Guest package for a total of 10 people, namely a FindWine ‘personality’ to host your dinner party, arrive with a selection of wines matched to your menu and sparkling banter. Food costs to the total of £300 will be included.
7.	The Prize must be utilized in its entirety before midnight on 30/06/2011.
8.	Blackout dates are 19/12/10 to 07/01/11 inclusive.
9.	The date is to be mutually agreed between the Promoter and the Participant, and once agreed is non-negotiable.
10.	All details relating to the Prize are correct at the start of the Promotion but may be subject to change and the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace the aspects of the Prize without prior written notification throughout the Promotion due to unforeseen circumstances outside the control of the Promoter.
11.	The Promoter accepts no liability for content and/or information (including any errors or omissions) within the third parties own terms and conditions.
12.	The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable nor redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
13.	No additional or ancillary costs are included.
14.	The Promoter and its associated companies, employees and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) arising in connection with this Promotion, the use of the Prize, or from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the Prize details beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
15.	The Promoter and the Promotional Partners retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar or higher value in the event the original Prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
16.	Your personal details will be held by the Promoter and used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation for the purposes of this Promotion and to contact you (by email and other methods) about the Promoter’s products and services. If you would not like to be contacted in this way, you may indicate this on the entry form at time of entry.
